Day 23. This blog has already moved.

Yep, it's already gone. I wrote one post last night and decided that I didn't want a new blog after all. My fitness life has been combined with my writing life on my original blog . Please join me there!

Day 22. Finally started.

Day 22 seems like an odd place to begin. You may have found this blog and come back to the beginning expecting Day 1, or "Here I go!" or something of the like. I'm a procrastinator, though, and while I knew I wanted to blog this journey, the journey wasn't ready to get blogged. Until tonight. So here it is, and here's how I'm going to justify my late start: The first 21 days were designed to establish good habits and routines. Blogging is part of the next phase. Yes, that's it. So here I am. It's 11:19 pm on January 22, 2019. I've lost 19.8 pounds in the first 21 days of this new year, and I'm happy with the strong start. My first "little goal" was to achieve a 4% weight loss in order to win the DietBet I entered at the beginning of the month.
